Warranty applies exclusively to failures due to defective
material or w orkmanship. An original sale slip w ith
indication of date of sale must be presented in case of
claiming for the w arranty rights.
Warranty does not cover unprofessional use such as
device overload, violent use, damage caused by third
party or foreign materials, failure to comply w ith
operations and assembly manual, and normal w ear and
tear.
General Safety Instructions
It is necessary to read these operating instructions before
first use of the machine. If there are any doubts as far as
machine connection and handling are connected please
contact the manufacturer (servicing department).

ATTENTION!

Keep your w orkplace clean and tidy. Disorder at
the w orkplace and on the w ork-table increases risk
of accident and injury.
•
Pay attention to conditions of environment you
are w orking in. Do not use electric tools and
devices in a humid or w et environment. Ensure
sufficient lighting. Do not expose electric tools to rain
or high air humidity. Do not sw itch the electric tools
on in environments w ith flammable liquids or
inflammable gases.
•
Do not allow unauthorised persons to get to the
m achine. Keep visitors and spectators, especially
children and handicapped persons, in a safety
distance from your w orkplace.
•
Ensure safe storage of tools. Tools and equipment
you do not need must be stored at an elevated
place, if possible, so that they w ere not accessible to
unauthorised persons.
•
Alw ays use correct equipment for all w orks.
Do not use e.g. small tools or accessories for w orks
that need to be executed by heavy equipment. Use
tools solely for purposes for w hich they have been
designed. Do not overburden the device!
•
Pay attention to the electric cable.
Do not pull the cable. Pull the connector plug only
w hen pulling out of socket. Protect the cable against
heat sources, oil and sharp edges.
•
Prevent from unintentional switching on.
Make alw ays sure the sw itch on the device w as in
the off position before connector plug is plugged in.
•
Use special extension cables at outdoor works.
For outdoor w orks you need special extension
cables suitable for such w orks and w ith appropriate
marking.
•
Stay concentrated at all tim es. Pay attention to
w hat you are doing.
Use common sense. Do not use the electric
equipment w hen you are tired.
•
Pay attention to dam aged parts. Check the device
before use. Are any parts damaged? In case of
small damage please consider w hether the device is
really capable of perfect and safe w orking.
•
Protect yourself against electric shocks.
Prevent any contact of your body w ith earthed objects, e.g.
w ater piping, heating elements, cookers and fridges.
•
Use approved parts only. Alw ays use only identical spare
parts at maintenance and repairs. Spare parts are available
in an authorised service centre.
•
Warning!
Any use of accessories and extensions not explicitly
recommended in these operating instructions may result in a
threat to persons and objects.
Safety Instructions for First Putting the Machine into
Operation
•
The appliance meets EN 61000-3-11 requirements and is
subject to special connection conditions. That means that use
on optionally selected connection points is inadmissible.
•
The appliance can lead to occasional voltage fluctuations
under unfavourable pow er conditions.
•
The appliance is only designated to be used for connection
points not exceeding the maximum allow ed impedance of
= 0,233 Ω.

As a user, you must make sure your connection point on
w hich you w ant to use the appliance meets the above-
mentioned requirements – after agreement w ith your
electricity supplier if necessary.

Alw ays pull the connector plug out of socket before machine
adjustment or maintenance.

Children are prohibited to operate the machine.
•
After packing removal check w hether the device and all its
parts are in a perfect condition.
•
Alw ays w ear protective glasses and hearing protection
aids
Alw ays wear protective glasses and corresponding sight and
hearing protection aids. Never aim w ith compressed air
beam at your body or other persons or animals. Impurity
may be accelerated to a great extent by air flow and thus
become a dangerous shot.
•
Alw ays use protective equipment against electric shock
Never use the compressor near w ater or in a humid
environment.
•
Put properly the com pressor out of operation
Disconnect the compressor from pow er source and release
all pressure from the air jet before repair, inspection,
maintenance, cleaning or replacement of construction parts.
•
Unintentional sw itching on
Do not transfer the compressor w hen connected to pow er
source or w hen the air jet is under pressure. Before
connecting the compressor to pow er source make sure the
pressure transducer sw itch is in the OFF position.
•
Proper com pressor storage
When the compressor is not in use it is necessary to
disconnect it from pow er source, store it at a dry place
protected against climatic influences. Keep it out of reach of
children.
•
Working clothes
Do not w ear w ide clothes or jew ellery as they can get caught
by machine parts.
•
Careful com pressor m aintenance
It is necessary to follow the lubrication instructions (see
the throat for oil adding and oil level inspection in the
"Handling" chapter).
