OPERATION
Setting the switch-off time
Switching the lighting on and off
Clean grease filters signal
You can use the timer button to set a period of time after which the
cooker hood will switch off automatically. This is only possible when
the cooker hood is switched on in settings 2, 3 or 4. You can use this
function, for example, when you have finished cooking, but still want
the cooker hood to keep running.
• Make sure that the cooker hood is switched on and that you have
selected setting 2,3 or 4.
▷ If you press the timer button in setting 2, the cooker hood will
remain on for another 15 minutes.
▷ If you press the timer button in setting 3, the cooker hood will
remain on for another 10 minutes.
▷ If you press the timer button in setting 4, the cooker hood will
remain on for another 5 minutes.
If the switch-off time has been set, a dot will flash on the display.
• You can switch off the cooker hood completely during the switch-
off time by pressing the on/off button or the timer button.
• If you press the fan button, the cooker hood will remain switched
on, but without the switch-off time.
1. Press the light button.
▷ The lighting turns on.
2. Press the light button again.
▷ The lighting turns off.
• If you switch on the cooker hood and the number '1' flashes on the
display, the grease filters need to be cleaned. This message will
appear when the cooker hood has been in operation for 40 hours.
See 'Maintenance' chapter. Once you have cleaned and replaced
the filters, you can switch off the signal by pressing the on/off
button for at least three seconds.
▷ If the odour/fine particle filter also needs to be cleaned, the
numbers '1' and '2' will flash alternately. In that case, the
procedure for switching off the signal will have to be carried out
twice.
