Before commissioning
Commissioning of the machine is strictly prohibited
without prior reading of this operation manual and all
safety instructions! Contact experts if you are not
skilled in working with machines of this type.

Unpack the saw and check for transport damage.
-
This machine is designed for outdoor use only.
-
The machine must stand firmly on a balanced and
solid surface. Remove all waste from the floor around
the machine; the floor must neither have slipping nor
tripping hazard points.
-
All covers and safeguards must be mounted properly
and the rotary wheel must move freely.
-
Check the machine and the cables for transport
damage.
-
Check fixed location, contamination, damaged points
and sharpness of the rotary saw. Sharpen or replace
blunt rotary saws.
-
Check for proper tightening of all screw joints.
-
Check the filler with groove (13) wear level and
replace, if necessary.
-
The feeding cradle (4) must return automatically to its
original position.
-
Check for clogged foreign objects that could be
ejected from the machine.
-
Electric power source must be protected by residual
current device against 30mA stray current.
-
Before connection of the machine please make sure
that data on the product type sheet complies with
characteristic of your power supply grid.
-
Attention: It is necessary that bystanders are
standing at sufficient distance from the machine!
-
It is forbidden to cut several pieces or a bundle of
wood at the same time - injury hazard!
-
Bent pieces of wood must be inserted in the feeding
cradle (4) so that arched wall faces towards the rotary
saw.
-
The feeding cradle (4) for the chopped materials is
fitted with counter-tips (12) that prevent revolving of
the material being cut.
-
Make sure before pressing the switch (8) that the
rotary saw (10) is mounted properly and the moving
parts of the machine moves freely.
Operation (Fig. A)
Cutting
Put the material being cut in the feeding cradle (4).
Press the green switch (15) to turn the machine on.
Wait until the machine reaches full speed.
Grasp the feeding cradle (4) by both hands with the
handles (9) and guide it to the rotary saw (10).
Pressure on the feeding cradle (5) releases the rotary
saw from the cover (5).
Press on the feeding cradle (4) so that the motor
speed does not drop.
After cutting is complete, return the feeding cradle (4)
back to its original position.
Remove the material being cut from the feeding
cradle (4).
To turn the machine off, press the red button (14).
Replacement of the rotary saw
Attention: Unplug the plug from the socket!
Let the rotary saw cool down before replacement!
Do not use flammable liquids for cleaning of the rotary
saw.
Always wear work gloves when handling with the
rotary saws. Injury hazard!
Use the key to remove nuts on the metal sheet cover
(6) and remove the cover.
Put the key for the ring nuts with front jaw span (16)
on the outer flange (19) and hold it, then loosen the
nut with the key (17) counter clockwise.
Slide the nut (20) and the outer flange (19) from the
saw shaft (21).
Now, you can remove the rotary saw (10) from the
shaft (21).
Thoroughly clean the inner flange (20), outer flange
(19) and the nut (18).
Mount the new rotary saw (18) in reverse order and
tighten the nut (18).
Important: Do not use excessive force when putting
the nut (18) on the tool or its extension.
Pay attention to correct direction of the rotary saw (10)
rotation!
Attention! Do not forget to remove your hand
tools!
Warranty
The warranty applies exclusively on material or production
defects. For application of the warranty claims, submit
original of the purchase slip with indication of date of sale.
The warranty does not apply to cases of unprofessional
use, e.g. machine overloading, use of excessive forces,
damage caused by strange effects or things. The warranty
also does not cover failure to comply with the operation
and assembly manual and normal wear and tear.
Residual risks and protective measures
Direct electric contact
Defective cable or plug may result in life threatening
electric shock hazard.
Defective cables or plugs must always be replaced by a
qualified electrician. Use the machine on the connection
points with the residual current devices (RCD).
Indirect electric contact
Inadequate local illumination
Inadequate local illumination poses high safety risk.
Always ensure sufficient illumination when working with
the machine.
Emergency procedures
Administer first aid depending on personal injury and seek
qualified medical assistance immediately.
Protect injured person against further harm and keep
him/her rest.
For case of accidents, each workplace should have a
first aid box available according to DIN 13164. Material
used from the first aid box must be replenished as
soon as possible.
When calling emergency service, please give the
following information to operator:

2.
Type of accident
3.
Number of injured persons
4.
Type of injury
Use of the machine according to intended use
The cradle saw for fuel wood is used for linear cutting of
the fuel wood of acceptable dimensions (see technical
