Damaged safeguards and parts must be either repaired or
replaced by an expert workshop, unless specified
otherwise in this operation manual.
Replace damaged switches in a service workshop.
Do not use machines that can not be turned on or off with
the use of a switch.

Attention! Moving rotary saw poses danger to injury

The machine is fitted with the safety switch against
repeated turning it on after voltage drop.
•
If you need extension cable, make sure its cross-
section is sufficient with respect to the saw power
input. Minimum cross section is 1.5 mm
cross-section is required for cables from 20 m long.
•
If the cable is wound on a drum, it is necessary to
unwind the cable.
•
Do not expose the saw to rain and do not use the
machine in moist or wet environment.
•
Keep your workplace tidy, remove wood waste and
cuts around.
•
Pay attention to correct motor and the rotary saw
revolution direction. Use only the rotary saws of
which maximum permitted speed is not lower than
maximum speed of the circular saw spindle and the
material being cut.
•
It is forbidden to brake the rotary saw by side
pressure after turning the drive off.
•
Mount only properly sharpened rotary saw without
cracks and deformations in the cradle saw.
•
The cradle has a mechanic brake that starts braking
of the rotary saw after the motor is turned off.
•
Do not use the rotary saws made from highly alloyed
high-speed cutting steel (HSS).
•
Use only the rotary saws recommended by the
manufacturer.
•
Replace defective rotary saws immediately.
•
It is forbidden to either demount or bypass the safety
devices on the machine.
•
Replace worn table fillers.
•
When working, stand aside of the rotary saw.
•
Do not load the machine so that it stops.
•
Make sure that the cut wood pieces are not caught by
the toothing of the rotary saw and throwing it away.
•
Do never remove chips, saw dust or clogged wood
pieces when the rotary saw is running.

To remove failure or clogged wood piece, turn the
machine off and unplug the machine from the socket.
If the cutting groove is worn, replace the table filler. -
