Working with the „Kebbe" attachment
The Kebbe attachment is the Kebbe disc (11) together with the Kebbe ring (13) which is
put onto the Kebbe disc . With the attachment you can form hollow rolls from food (e. g.
dough, meat or vegetables) which you can fill as desired.
First press the meat through the desired mincing disc for two times (as described under
„Processing meat") before you start to press it through the Kebbe attachment.
Making of rolls needs practice. The consistency of the mixture may not be to dry neither
too wet. Concentration of fluid of food is very different, it is not possible to specify or to
provide any guidelines. The right mixing ratio can be made by own experience only. Use
commercial recipes as a basis for comparison.
When you have read all details of the topic Kebbe attachment you can use the appliance
as described above.
Caution! Always switch off (power switch position "0") the appliance immediately
and unplug after each use.
After each use clean the unit thoroughly because it is in contact with food.
