Operating modes

• The safety circuits can be output separately or switched in series (redundant switching contact
routing).
• Automatic reset (factory setting, S11, S12 unbridged):
The switching device automatically enables the safety circuits again if the sensing device is
actuated/fails or in the event of a power cut.
• Manual reset (S11, S12 bridge):
The switching device will only enable the safety circuits again once the reset button (terminals Z1, Z2)
has been actuated if the sensing device has actuated/failed or if there has been a power cut.
It is not possible to permanently activate or bypass the manual reset button.
