Wartung / Zusammenbau
Falls das innere Lager ausgebaut wurde, sollte die
Richtung beim Zusammenbau beachtet werden (8).
Antrieb mit Flansch wieder einbauen, der O-Ring sollte
hinten am Flansch gut anliegen (9). Luftdüse, 90°-Winkel
und Kreiselgehäuse wieder zusammenbauen.
Ring mit den Zähnen in Richtung Pumpe wieder
einsetzen und durch hörbares Einrasten der Lasche
verschließen (10).
Luftdüse und 90° Winkel richtig positionieren.
Vorsicht!
Wenn der Hydrofoamer Silence eine Weile im
Stillstand bleibt, könnten Antriebswelle und Motorlager
zusammenkleben. Vor einem Neustart bitte den
Hydrofoamer Silence vorsichtig auseinanderbauen und
überprüfen; ggf. Teile reinigen, es könnte sonst zu
gravierenden Schäden im Motor kommen.
Servicing / Assembly
If the inner bearing has been removed, the direction of
assembly should be observed (8).
Reinstall drive with flange, the o-ring seal should fit well
on the back of the flange. Reassemble air nozzle, 90 °
angle and impeller housing.
Reinsert the ring with the teeth in the direction of the
pump and close it by an audible click of the tab (10).
Position air nozzle and 90° angle correctly.
Caution!
If the Hydrofoamer Silence remains in a standstill for
a while it may occur that the drive shaft and the motor
bearing stick together. Before starting the device
anew, please carefully disassemble and inspect the
Hydrofoamer Silence; clean parts if necessary, otherwise
serious damage to the engine might occur.
Entretien / Rémontage
Si le palier interne a été retiré, il sera important de vérifier
son sens au remontage (8).
Remontez l'entrainement et sa flasque, le joint torique à
l'arrière doit bien se placer dans sa gorge (9). Remontez
la buse d'injection, le coude à 90° et le couvercle de
turbine sur le bloc-moteur.
Remontez l'anneau de fermeture, les dents en direction
du bloc-moteur et verrouillez sa fermeture par un « clic »
sonore (10).
Repositionnez correctement la buse d'injection d'air et le
coude à 90°.
Attention !
Si l'Hydrofoamer Silence n'était pas utilisé durant un
certain temps, l'axe de rotation et les paliers pourraient
rester collés par les déchets. Avant toute nouvelle remise
en service, il est important de démonter soigneusement
les différentes pièces et si besoin de les nettoyer. Dans le
cas contraire, la pompe pourrait connaitre des dommages
irréversibles.
