Gleichmäßige Leistung: die Zwischenkammer mit
Phasenwasser und das patentierte Anti Overfoaming
System verhindert ein Überkochen des Abschäumers
und reguliert die Schaumleistung.
Wasserenergie des Ausgangswassers nutzen: der DOC
Skimmer 9460 enthält zwei abnehmbare Postfilter,
die eine perfekte mechanische Filterung auf einer
Oberfläche von 300 μm der Filtertaschen durchführen.
Die Postfilter können mit Filtermedien wie Aktivkohle
oder Phosphat-Adsorber befüllt werden.
Einfache Reinigung: Schaumtopf und Schaumreaktor
sind eine Einheit. Bei jeder Schaumtopfreinigung wird
gleichzeitig der interne Reaktor gesäubert und damit
eine sehr konstante und effiziente Schaumproduktion
gewährleistet. Während der Reinigung bleibt der
Hydrofoamer Silence in Betrieb und führt eine
automatische Spülung der Luftwege durch.
Komplette Wartung: etwa alle zwei Jahre, außer bei
großer Verschmutzung!

the skimming action.
Using the water energy of the output water: DOC skimmer
9460 contains two removeable post-filters, which carry
out a perfect mechanical filtration on a filter bag surface
of 300 µm. The filter can be filled with other filter media,
such as activated carbon or phosphate absorber.
Simple cleaning: Skimmer cup and foam reactor are
one unit. Every cleaning of the skimmer cup leads to the
internal reactor being cleaned at the same time, and thus
a very constant and efficient foam production is ensured.
During the cleaning process, the Hydrofoamer Silence
remains operational and automatically flushes the air
passages.
Complete maintenance: approximately every other year
except for a large contamination!

débordement de l'écumeur en ajustant la puissance en
air.
Il utilise l'énergie l'eau en sortie de process : le DOC
Skimmer 9460 possède deux Postfilters amovibles
réalisant une filtration efficace sur une surface de
300 µm. Les Postfilters peuvent aussi être remplis de
différents médias de filtration comme du charbon actif
ou des résines anti-phosphates.
Son nettoyage est facile : le réacteur interne et le godet
d'évacuation ne forment qu'un seul ensemble, chaque
nettoyage du godet implique aussi le nettoyage du
réacteur ce qui garantit un fonctionnement efficace et
parfaitement constant. Durant le nettoyage du godet,
l'Hydrofoamer Silence reste en service réalisant ainsi le
rinçage automatique de tout le circuit d'air.
Entretien complet: environ tous les deux ans sauf en cas
de fortes salissures !
