(B) Overfoaming I: die Schaumproduktion steigt aufgrund
der Oberflächenspannung, der Wasserstand (1) in
der Zwischenkammer steigt, das Wasser tritt in den
Ausgleichsausgang (2) und zieht die Luftblasen aus
dem Schaumreaktor. Die Schaummenge im Reaktor (3)
verringert sich von selbst.
(C) Overfoaming II: die Schaumproduktion steigt noch
weiter, der Wasserstand (4) in der Zwischenkammer
steigt dadurch auch und tritt dann in den Luftweg (5) des
Hydrofoamers: Die Blasenproduktion im Reaktor (6) wird
sofort gestoppt, die Schaumproduktion geht zurück.
Nach Verbesserung der Wasserparameter kommt der
Abschäumer wieder in seinen Normalbetriebszustand.
(B) Overfoaming I: Due to the surface tension, the
foam production increases; the water level (1) in the
intermediate chamber rises; the water enters the
compensation outlet (2) and reduces the production
of air bubbles. Thus the foam level in the reactor (3) is
reduced.
(C) Overfoaming II: The foam production continues to
rise, which also applies for the water level (4) in the
intermediate chamber, and then enters the air passage
(5) of the Hydrofoamer: The bubble production in the
reactor (6) is stopped immediately; the foam production
is stopped.
After the improvement of the water parameters, the
skimmer returns to the normal operating condition again.
(B) Overfoaming I : la production d'écume augmente
en raison de la croissance en substances à écumer,
le niveau de l'eau (1) dans la chambre intermédiaire
augmente et s'écoule par l'orifice d'égalisation (2) prévu
à cet effet en déviant une certaine quantité de bulles d'air
sous le réacteur. La quantité d'écume dans le réacteur
(3) se trouve ainsi réduite.
(C) Overfoaming II : la production d'écume augmente
encore ainsi que le niveau d'eau (4) dans la chambre
intermédiaire, cette eau pénètre alors dans le circuit
d'air (5) de l'Hydrofoamer. La production de bulles d'air
(6) se réduit fortement, la quantité d'écume diminue
significativement.
Après l'amélioration des paramètres d'eau, l'écumeur
retrouve à nouveau son point de fonctionnement normal.
