Probable Cause
Unit not turned on.
Circuit breaker tripped.
GFCI(s) tripped.
Power I/O (on/off) switch(es) defective.
Supply voltage to unit is incorrect.
Internal electrical malfunction.
Lights I/O (on/off) switch in the O (off)
position.
Corresponding Heat Control Knob(s) set
too low.
Excessive air movement around unit.
Heat Control(s) not working properly.
Heating element(s) and/or heated glass
shelves not working.
Corresponding Heat Control Knob(s) set
too high.
Heat Control(s) not working properly.
Supply voltage to unit is incorrect.
Power I/O (on/off) switches in O (off)
position.
GFCI(s) tripped.
Heat Control(s) not working properly.
Heating element(s) and/or heated glass
shelves not working.
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before
performing any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
Move all Power I/O (on/off) switches to the I (on) position.
Reset circuit breaker. If circuit breaker continues to trip,
contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Reset GFCI. If GFCI continues to trip, contact Authorized
Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Verify supply voltage at both receptacles matches the unit
specifications.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Move Lights I/O (on/off) switch to I (on) position.
Adjust the appropriate Heat Control Knob(s) to a higher
setting.
Relocate unit or redirect air movement (i.e. air conditioning
duct or exhaust fan) away from unit.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Adjust the appropriate Heat Control Knob(s) to a lower
setting.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Verify supply voltage at both receptacles matches the unit
specifications.
Move all Power I/O (on/off) switches to the I (on) position.
Reset GFCI. If GFCI continues to trip, contact Authorized
Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
