Pay attention to put the swather on a
flat and solid ground.
–
Nobody is allowed to stay between the
tractor and the machine when lifting or
lowering the machine with 3 point
hydraulic hitch.
–
Before disconnecting the hydraulic
tubes the swather must be lowered and
set into transport position to avoid the
tube pressure.
–
Pay attention to the following safety
instructions.
–
Choose flat, dry and solid enough deposit place.
–
Lift the swather.
–
Lower the support leg (1) and secure it with safety
device (2).
–
Lower the machine and make sure that it is placed
steady.
–
Use the wedges to prevent the movement of the
deposited swather.
–
Disconnect the P.T.O. shaft (3) and put it on the
holder (4).
–
Disconnect the hydraulic tubes and put them
through the holder sling (5) into the hole (6).
–
Disconnect the electric installation and put it
through the holder sling (5).
–
Pull the string out of the cabin and put it through
the holder sling (5).
–
Disconnect the swather from the tractor.

3. Rotary swather adjustment
–
Perform the repair work, maintenance,
cleaning and stopping works only with
the switched off drive and stand still
engine! Remove the ignition key.
–
Maximum P.T.O. shaft rotation is 540
rpm.
–
Optimal P.T.O. shaft rotation is between
400 and 500 rpm.
–
It is forbidden to stay in the working
area of the machine.
–
Danger warning of substance eject
behind the machine.
–
It is forbidden to climb on the machine.
–
Protections must be in protective
position while working.
3.1 Adjusting the basic position
3.1.1 Adjusting the connection height

–
Place the swather with tractor on flat and firm
ground.
–
Lift the swather connection with hydraulics to
secure the horisontal position of the holder (1).
–
Check this position while you work.
3.1.2 Adjusting the tines height of the rotors
For clean swathing an equal distance between tines
and ground must be assured.
