Technical assistance and maintenance

Palazzetti has a dense network of service centres
with specialised, trained and skilled technicians.
The headquarters and our sales network is at your
disposal to direct you to the nearest authorised
service centre.

1.10 Spare parts

Use only original spare parts.
Do not wait until the components are worn by
use before proceeding to their replacement.
Replace a worn component before its breaking
favours the prevention of accidents arising from
accidents caused by the sudden breakage of
components which may cause serious damages
to persons and objects.

1.11 Serial plate

The serial plate (A) shows all the characteristic
data relating to the appliance, including the
manufacturer's data, the serial number and the
mark .
It is supplied with the product and, during in-
stallation, it must be placed under the marble
cover profile of the Ecomonoblocco (accessible
by unscrewing the three screws and lifting the
profile) (Fig. 1).
The Serial number must always be indicated for
any type of request regarding the appliance.

1.12 Delivery of the appliance

The appliance is delivered perfectly packaged
and fixed to a wooden platform which allows
handling it using fork lift trucks and/or other
means.

• protective glove;
• remote control panel (in the configu-
rations in which it is provided);
• shuko plug (in the configurations in
which it is provided);
• cold handle.
