INSTALLATION
7.1
General considerations
In the following paragraphs some indications
are provided to be respected in order to obtain
the maximum performance from the purchased
product.
The following indications are how-
ever subject to compliance with any
possible national, regional and mu-
nicipal laws and regulations in force
in the country where the appliance is
installed.
Before proceeding with installation of the appli-
ance and the execution of the lining, it is neces-
sary to carry out the following checks:
• check the correct operation of the bypass valve.
7.2 Dry positioning
It is recommended to dry pre-install the ap-
pliance in order to verify the dimensions of the
various components and air intakes.
It is necessary to align the front part of the ap-
pliance with the internal edge of the marble top,
leaving a gap of 5 mm to allow free expansion of
the appliance (Fig. 15).

7.3 Levelling of the appliance
To adjust the final height of the Ecomonoblocco
(height fire plane of the cladding) it is sufficient
to act on the adjusting screws on the legs. Adjust
the screws (Fig. 16: A-adjustment screw, B-fire
bed height), until the marble cover profile is
brought onto the Ecomonoblocco to the required
height with respect to the cladding, making sure
that the base of the fire box is level.
7.4 Assembly diagram
In Fig. 17 there is an example of an assembly
diagram.

structure
E) Flue gas duct
F) Inspection panel
G) Air recirculation grate
H) Minimum distance 5 m m between cladding and
Ecomonoblocco
Correct installation of the fume duct between
the Ecomonoblocco and the fireplace must be
watertight, sealing all the linking joints (A - Fig.
17) with material suitable for high temperatures.
If the Ecomonoblocco is installed on a fireplace
previously used by other fire boxes, it is necessary
to carry out thorough cleaning to avoid abnormal
functioning and to prevent possible igniting of
any unburned products that may be deposited
on the inner walls of the same.
Fig. 15
The installation requires the installation of a heat
recovery grate as close as possible to the ceiling
(approximately 20 cm) (C - Fig. 17).
The preparation of an inspection panel (F - Fig.
17) with a minimum size of 300x300 mm at the
height of the gearmotor, where provided, and on
