If your measurement has only one or two bars, your measurement is in the green zone, or "Normal"
according to National Institute of Health (NIH) standards.
•
If your measurement has three bars, it is in the yellow zone, or "Pre-Hypertension" according to NIH
standards, or high normal according to the WHO classification.
•
If your measurement has four bars, it is in the orange "Stage 1 Hypertension" zone.
•
If your measurement has five bars, it is in the red "Stage 2 Hypertension" zone.
•
If your measurement has six bars, it is in the red "Stage 3 Hypertension" zone.
