Verify Device and Driver Installation

Some error codes may be reported by the Device Manager, which also
provides possible resolutions. To view the error codes and obtain more
detailed information, refer to
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q125174. To
verify device and driver installation, follow the steps below.

Click the Start button.
Follow the path to
Settings-->Control Panel.
Double-click the SCSI Adapters icon.
Click the LSI Logic Ultra320 SCSI device.
Click the Properties button to view the device's
properties.
If an error code has been generated, the code
appears in the Device Status box on the General
tab.
Click the Driver tab to view the device driver status.
Click the Start button.
Click the Run option.
Type in devmgmt.msc in the open field, and then
click the OK button.
Click the Device Manager tab.
Double-click the SCSI and RAID controllers to see
the LSI Logic Ultra320 SCSI devices.
Double-click a LSI Logic Ultra320 SCSI device to
view its properties.
If an error code has been generated, the code
appears in the Device Status box on the General
tab.
