BND/LOUD/ENT button (6)
This button is used to switch the loudness function on/off.
Press and hold the button to trigger the loudness function:
LOUD ON:
LOUD OFF:
At low volumes the human ear does not perceive very low and very high sounds well. An incre-
ase of the frequency range for low volume (loudness correction) counteracts this effect and the
music replay sounds more natural.
LC Display (7)
The LC-display (7) shows all the information, depending on the audio source that is being played (radio,
CD-player etc.).
EQ/TA button (9)
This button selects the equalizer setting.
Briefly push the button to switch between the different equaliser settings:
FLAT:
CLASSICS:
POP M:
ROCK M:
DSP OFF:
DSP (12) button
With this button various information can be displayed on the LC display (7). Press the button once more to
move to the next display.
When the button is not activated anymore, the display returns to the original information after a little whi-
le.
When an RDS station is being received
Radio operation:
CD-/MP3 operation: Time > ID3-Tag-Infos > Track display
When no RDS station is being received
Radio operation:
CD-/MP3 operation: Time > ID3-Tag-Infos > Track display

The loudness function is inactive. The sound is not influenced.
The equaliser is active, but there is no sound adaptation.
The sound characteristic is adapted to classical music.
The sound characteristic is adapted to pop music.
The sound characteristic is adapted to rock music.
The equaliser is switched off.
