CAUTION
●
Do not connect or disconnect the
Port Replicator while the computer
is powered on or in the sleep
/standby

or hibernation mode.

Turn off the computer, and
disconnect all cables from the
computer.

Connect the plug of the AC
adaptor included with the
computer to the DC-IN jack of
the Port Replicator, and plug
the other end into a power
outlet.
CAUTION
●
Be sure to use the AC adaptor.
The Port Replicator will not
function using the computer's
battery power.

the computer for information
on proper handling of the AC
adaptor and AC cord.

Firmly close the cover on the rear
side of the computer.

Confi rm that the key insertion
slot is in position, slide
the lever completely to
the right side ("UNDOCK"
POSITION).
