There is one condition that the main unit will respond to movement sensor, that is programming the
movement sensor in a Bypass Zone. If a movement sensor is in a Bypass Zone, the main unit will
respond to the movement sensor when the system is disarmed. Please refer to section 14.3 Alarm
Zones (Bypass Zones) for more information.

11.1.2 Mute Function

You can mute the sensor activation beep tone when the alarm is in disarmed status. There are three
ways to do this:
a) „MUTE" button (5)
Press the „MUTE" button (5) as soon as a sensor has been activated. The beep will no longer be
emitted for this sensor. Note, however, that as soon as another sensor is activated, the beep will be
emitted again.
b) „Mode selection switch" (13)
Place the „Mode selection switch" (13) in position II in order to deactivate the beep tone for all zones
and thus all sensors.
„Mode selection switch" (13) position I = beep tone is activated
„Mode selection switch" (13) position II = beep tone is deactivated
c) Activate the automatic mute function.
Please note Chapter „14.2 Automatic Mute Function".
