• Once the emergency voice message is repeated a certain number of times (depending on the number
of repetitions selected) the receiver of the call is asked to enter the password.
• The call recipient must now enter the master code or the secondary security code. If correctly entered,
the message „entry accepted" is transmitted, if incorrect the recipient hears „entry error".
• In order to hang up and end the call, the recipient must press the button [0] and then the button [#] on
his/her telephone.
• The internal alarm dialler now dials the next programmed telephone number.

11. Operating the Alarm System
11.1 Disarmed Alarm System
If the alarm system is disarmed, the „ARM" LED (8) is not lit.
If the alarm system is disarmed (note also „11.4 Disarming the Alarm System"), the alarm system
indicates which sensor has been activated by emitting a voice message, a beep is emitted and the LED
for the corresponding zone flashes.
In general, the following is to be observed:
a) The number of beeps emitted corresponds to the zone of the activated sensor (1 x beep = zone 1).
b) The number of flashes of the LED corresponds to the sensor number of the activated sensor (1 x flash
= sensor 1, 2 x flash = sensor 2).
c) The voice message tells you the zone and the sensor number of the activated sensor (e.g. „zone
1 sensor 1 activated").
Please note that two sensors can be programmed to each zone. There are a total of
five zones, thus a total of 10 possible sensors which can be programmed. Please
also note Chapter „14.5.1 Sensor Allocation Instructions" and Chapter „14.5.2.
Programming in Sensors".
If a wireless door/window sensor is activated (e.g. window open, doors open) the voice message, the
beep and the LED flash is repeated until the sensor is replaced in its closed position (e.g. window closed,
doors closed).
If a wireless water sensor is activated the voice message, the beep and the LED flash is repeated until
the sensor is deactivated.
If a movement sensor is activated when the system is disarmed, the main unit will not respond to such
action (no LED flash, no voice message, no beep) because movement sensors are usually located
inside the house where high traffic area is, such as kitchen, hallway. It will be annoying if the main unit
keeps beeping or having voice message for every movement. Therefore, main unit will not respond to
movement sensor when the system is disarmed.
