EN Guarantee terms and conditions
Congratulations on the purchase of this Vogel's produ ! The produ you now
have in your po e ion is made of durable materials and is based on a design,
every detail of which has been meticulously thought-out. That is why Vogel's
gives you a lifelong guarantee for defe s in materials or manufa uring.
The guarantee is limited to 2 years for the motorized modules, ele ronic boards
and the remote control (the ba ery is not covered by a guarantee).
1 Vogel's guarantees that if during the guarantee period of a produ , faults
arise due to defe s in manufa uring and/or materials, it will, at its discretion,
repair or if nece ary replace the produ , free of charge. A guarantee for
normal wear and tear is hereby expre ly excluded.
2 If the guarantee is invoked, the produ should be sent to Vogel's together
with the original purchase document (invoice, sales slip or cash receipt).
The purchase document should clearly show the name of the supplier and
the date of purchase.
3 Vogel's guarantee shall lapse in the following cases:
• If the produ has not been in alled and used in accordance with the
In ru ions for use;
• If the produ has been altered or repaired by someone other than
Vogel's;
• If a fault arises due to external causes (outside the produ ) such as for
example lightning, water nuisance, fire, scu ng, exposure to extreme
temperatures, weather conditions, solvents or acids, wrong use or
negligence;
• If the produ is used for di erent equipment than is mentioned on or in
the packing.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf dieses Produkts von Vogel's! Sie sind jetzt
im Besitz eines Produkts, das nach einem bis ins letzte Detail durchdachten
Entwurf aus langlebigen Materialien gefertigt wurde. Deshalb gewährt
Vogel's lebenslange Garantie auf Material- oder Her ellungsfehler. Für die
motorisierten Module, elektronischen Leiterpla en und die Fern euerung
beschränkt sich die Garantie auf 2 Jahre (auf die Ba erie wird keine Garantie
gewährt).
1 Vogel's garantiert: Treten in der Garantiezeit Fehler aufgrund von
Her ellungs- und/oder Materialmängel auf, wird Vogel's das Produkt nach
seinem Erme en ko enlos reparieren oder ersetzen. Eine Garantie für
normalen Verschleiß wird hiermit ausdrücklich ausgeschlo en.
2 Soll die Garantie in Anspruch genommen werden, mu das Produkt
zusammen mit dem Original-Kaufbeleg (Rechnung, Ka enze el oder
Qui ung) an Vogel's eingeschickt werden. Aus dem Kaufbeleg mu der
Name des Lieferanten und das Kaufdatum eindeutig ersichtlich sein.
3 Die Garantie von Vogel's erlischt in folgenden Fällen:
• Wenn das Produkt nicht in Überein immung mit der Gebrauchsanleitung
in alliert und verwendet wurde
• Wenn das Produkt von anderen als Vogel's modifiziert oder repariert
worden i
• Wenn ein Fehler aus äußeren (nicht dem Produkt zuzurechnenden)
Ursachen au ri , z.B. durch Blitzeinschlag, Wa erschäden, Feuer,
Verschleiß, Exposition an extreme Temperaturen, We erbedingungen,
Lösungsmi el oder Säuren, unsachgemäße Verwendung oder
Fahrlä igkeit
• Wenn das Produkt für ein anderes Gerät, als auf der Verpackung
angegeben i , verwendet wird.

Félicitations pour l'achat de ce produit Vogel's ! Vous venez d'acquérir un
produit réalisé à partir de matériaux durables et d'une conception ingénieuse
jusque dans les moindres détails. Vogel's e ainsi en mesure de proposer une
garantie à vie contre les défauts de matériaux et de fabrication. La garantie
e limitée à 2 ans pour les modules motorisés, les cartes éle roniques et la
télécommande (la garantie ne couvre pas la ba erie).
1 Si des défauts dus à des vices de fabrication et/ou de matériaux
surviennent pendant la période de couverture de la garantie, Vogel's
garantit la prise en charge gratuite de la réparation ou, au besoin, du
remplacement du produit (à sa convenance). Toute garantie sur l'usure
normale e expre ément exclue.
2 S'il e fait appel à la garantie, le produit doit être envoyé à Vogel's avec
l'exemplaire original de la preuve d'achat (fa ure ou ticket de cai e).
Le nom du fourni eur et la date d'achat doivent clairement figurer sur ce
document.
3 La garantie Vogel's prend fin dans les cas suivants :
• Si le produit n'a pas été in allé ou utilisé conformément aux consignes
d'utilisation ;
• Si le produit a été modifié ou réparé par quelqu'un d'autre que Vogel's ;
• Si un défaut survient en raison de causes externes (extérieures au produit),
telles que: foudre, inondation, incendie, éraflures, exposition à des
températures extrêmes, conditions atmosphériques, solvants ou acides,
utilisation incorre e ou négligence ;
• Si le produit e utilisé avec un matériel di érent de celui qui e mentionné
sur ou dans l'emballage.

Gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van dit Vogel's produ ! U hee nu een produ
in uw bezit, dat is gemaakt van duurzame materialen op basis van een tot
in detail doordacht ontwerp. Daarom aat Vogel's, via een levenslange
garantie, in voor eventuele gebreken in materialen of fabricage. De garantie is
beperkt tot 2 jaar voor de gemotoriseerde modules, elektronische panelen en
de af andsbediening (de ba er valt niet onder de garantie).
1 Vogel's garandeert dat z , indien t dens de garantieperiode van een
produ zich oringen voordoen als gevolg van gebreken in de fabricage
en/of materialen, naar eigen oordeel het produ zonder ko en zal
repareren of indien nodig vervangen. Een garantie voor de normale sl tage
wordt hierb uitdrukkel k uitgesloten.
2 Als er van de garantie gebruik wordt gemaakt, moet het produ naar
Vogel's worden ge uurd met het originele aankoopbew s (fa uur,
ka abon of kasontvang ). Het aankoopbew s moet de naam van de
leverancier en de datum van aankoop duidel k weergeven.
3 De garantie van Vogel's komt te vervallen in de volgende gevallen:
• Als het produ niet is geïn alleerd en gebruikt in overeen emming met
de gebruiksaanw zingen;
• Als het produ is gew zigd of gerepareerd door iemand anders dan
Vogel's;
• Als er zich een oring voordoet als gevolg van externe fa oren (buiten
het produ ) zoals bliksem, wateroverla , brand, sl tage, bloot elling aan
extreme temperaturen, weersom andigheden, oplosmiddelen of zuren,
verkeerd gebruik of verwaarlozing;
• Als het produ is gebruikt voor andere apparatuur dan vermeld op of in
de verpakking.

poder un produ o fabricado con materiales resi entes, basado en un diseño
muy bien meditado. Por ello, Vogel's responde de los posibles defe os de
material o fabricación con una garantía de por vida. E a garantía se limitará
a 2 años para los módulos motorizados, tableros ele rónicos y el mando a
di ancia (las pilas no e án cubiertas por la garantía).
1 Vogel's garantiza que durante el período de garantía de un produ o,
reparará los fallos que se produzcan a causa de defe os en la fabricación
y/o materiales o reemplazará el produ o si es necesario sin co e alguno.
A e e respe o, se excluye expresamente una garantía para el desga e
normal.
2 Si se acoge a la garantía, se debería enviar el produ o a Vogel's junto con
el documento de compra original (fa ura, recibo o ticket de compra).
El documento de compra deberá indicar claramente el nombre del
proveedor y la fecha de compra.
3 La garantía de Vogel's caducará en los siguientes casos:
• Si el produ o no se ha in alado o usado conforme a las in rucciones de
uso;
• Si el produ o ha sido modificado o reparado por alguien que no sea
Vogel's;
• Si se produce una avería por causas externas (fuera del produ o) como
por ejemplo rayos, alteración por agua, incendio, raspaduras, exposición
a temperaturas extremas, condiciones climatológicas, disolventes o
ácidos, uso inadecuado o negligencia;
• Si el produ o se usa para un equipamiento diferente al que se menciona
en el embalaje.

1 Vogel's garantisce che, nel caso in cui durante il periodo di garanzia del
prodo o dove ero verificarsi dei dife i di materiale e/o fabbricazione, il
prodo o e o verrà riparato o, se nece ario, so ituito gratuitamente da
Vogel's. La garanzia non è ovviamente valida in presenza di una naturale
usura.
2 In caso di ricorso alla garanzia, il prodo o dovrà e ere inviato a Vogel's
accompagnato dalla prova di acqui o originale (fa ura, scontrino di ca a
o ricevuta). La prova di acqui o deve indicare chiaramente il nome del
fornitore e la data di acqui o.
3 La garanzia di Vogel's non sarà valida nei seguenti casi:
• Se il prodo o non è ato in allato e utilizzato a enendosi alle i ruzioni
d'uso;
• Se il prodo o è ato modificato o riparato da personale che non sia
Vogel's;
• Se il dife o è conseguenza di cause e erne al prodo o quali,per
esempio, fulmine, allagamento, incendio, gra , esposizione a
temperature e reme, condizioni atmosferiche, solventi o acidi, uso
scorre o o disa enzione;
• Se il prodo o viene usato per altre apparecchiature che non siano quelle
indicate sulla confezione.
