10. Unscrew the plastic nuts from the couplings on the water flow and return hoses
11. Fit water flow and return hose couplings to the front and secure using plastic nuts
12. Fit the wirefeeder housing cover

10. Fit water flow and return hose couplings to the front and secure using plastic nuts
11. Fit the wirefeeder housing cover
3000 wirefeeder
Screw the positive lead cable lug with its screw and shim to the bolt
Remove the blanking covers from the front of the wirefeeder
Place the water flow and return hoses through the housing bushing
3300 wirefeeder
Remove the blanking covers from the front of the wirefeeder
Unscrew the plastic nuts from the couplings on the water flow and return hoses
1. Switch the power source mains switch
to the "O" position
2. Remove the wirefeeder housing cover
3. Plug the hosepack strain relief device
into the recess provided, pull back
and screw in place
4. Screw gas hose hexagon nut onto the
wirefeeder gas connector and tighten
5. Place control cable and positive lead
through the housing bushing
6. Connect the interconnecting hose-
pack control plug (16-pin) the right
way round
1. Switch the power source mains switch
to the "O" position
2. Remove the wirefeeder housing cover
3. Place water hoses, control cable and
positive lead through the housing
bushing
4. Screw the hosepack strain relief
device in place
5. Connect the interconnecting hose-
pack control plug (16-pin) the right
way round
6. Screw the positive lead cable lug with
its screw and shim to the bolt
7. Screw gas hose hexagon nut onto the
wirefeeder gas connector and tighten
