As already mentioned, the effect of UV radiation is different for each person. The wristwatch display is thus
never to be regarded as a guarantee for being able to stay in the sun (and thus UV radiation) without risk.

The UV index is a numerical value between 0 and 10 ("11+" indicates even higher
values) which is additionally indicated by a colour code in the wristwatch display.
