10. Setting Time/Date, Selecting 12/24h Mode

• First change to the time display mode (e.g. press the "MODE" button repeatedly until the time is displayed).
• Hold down the "MODE" button for approx. two seconds until "24 Hr" or "12 Hr" flashes. Briefly pressing the "ST./STP"
button (7) allows you to select the 12 or 24h modes. In the 12 hour mode, "A" is displayed in the first half of the day and
"P" in the second half.
• Briefly press the "MODE" button, the seconds flash. Briefly pressing the "ST./STP" button allows you to set the seconds
back to "00".
• Briefly press the "MODE" button, the minutes flash. You can increase the displayed value with the "ST./STP" button,
the "LAP/RESET" button reduces the value (hold either button down for fast adjustment).
• Briefly press the "MODE" button, the hours flash. You can increase the displayed value with the "ST./STP" button, the
"LAP/RESET" button reduces the value (hold either button down for fast adjustment).
• Briefly press the "MODE" button, the year flashes. You can increase the displayed value with the "ST./STP" button, the
"LAP/RESET" button reduces the value (hold either button down for fast adjustment).
• Briefly press the "MODE" button, the date format blinks on the display ("D-M"= Day/Month and "M-D") month/day).
Select the desired format by briefly pressing "ST./STP" or "LAP/RESET".
• Briefly press the "MODE" button, the month flashes. You can increase the displayed value with the "ST./STP" button,
the "LAP/RESET" button reduces the value (hold either button down for fast adjustment).
• Briefly press the "MODE" button, the date flashes. You can increase the displayed value with the "ST./STP" button, the
"LAP/RESET" button reduces the value (hold either button down for fast adjustment).
• Exit the setting mode by holding down the "MODE" button for an extended period.
