re-set the equipment to 28 steps, or re-program the Sound decoder to
14 steps (see CV29 in chapter 5).
2. The loco sound is not clear:
Run the loco in pure DCC- or Motorola*-operation.
3. The loco does not respond to Motorola* commands:
If the decoder is set to handle the long DCC-address, then you must change the
setting to use the short address (CV29, bit5 = 0).
