To open the vent shutters, simply press down anywhere on the outer part of the (Fig. 3.2).
To help vent the steam, make sure it escapes from the pot/pan at the closest point to the vent
(Fig. 3.3).
Do not put anything on the decorative outline or vent shutters (Fig. 3.4).
