Storage and inactivity for long periods
If the machine is likely to be unused for a long period (more than 1 month), dis-
connect the cables from the battery and follow the instructions in the engine man-
ual. Lubricate all joints as directed (chapter 6).

Empty the fuel tank by disconnecting the tube situ-
ated at the inlet of the fuel filter (1) and follow the
instructions in the engine manual.
