10.2.1 W ork to be carried out before
installation
→
Interrupt supply of medium
→
Empty valve body.
→
Bring actuator into the upper piston position. To do this, pres-
surize the lower piston chamber with compressed air via the
lower control air connection (control function A and I).
→
Unscrew transparent cap from actuator cover
(Follow safety instructions Chapter "10", page 19!).
→
Screw off position indicator with Allen key (size 8).
→
Type 2030, 2031: Screw threaded sleeve ③ onto actuator
spindle (size 14).
→
Then interrupt supply of control air.

factory or by the responsible distributor.
