Damage to the actuator due to incorrect tool.
▶ Screw in or unscrew actuator cover only with the special
wrench offered in Chapter "12 Assembly accessories".

Screw off actuator cover with special wrench, counterbracing at
the sleeve.
8.1.2 Installation and start-up
→
Screw coupling ⑧ onto valve spindle and secure with Loctite
274.
→
Hook spindle ① in coupling ⑧.
→
Grease spindle ①.
→
Grease o-ring ⑩ and insert into guide spindle ②.
→
Screw guide spindle ② into actuator cover.
• Max. tightening torque: 15 Nm
→
Screw actuator cover onto valve.
• Max. tightening torque:
Actuator size Ø 50 mm = 15 Nm
Actuator size Ø 63 mm = 20 Nm
Actuator size Ø 80 mm = 35 Nm.
→
Screw lower nut ③ onto guide spindle ②.
→
Position bridge ④ on spindle ① and fix with cap screw ⑤ (Allen
key size 5 or size 8). Secure cap screw ⑤ with Loctite 274.
→
Screw upper nut ③ onto guide spindle ②.
→
Set max. and min. stroke by means of upper and lower nuts ③.
