4.1 Installation and start-up
Please install the filter module in your machine using either 3 bolts (BestCost-Design),
or 4 bolts (HighTech-Design).
We recommend using bolts of 10 mm diameter.
Ensure that anti-vibration nuts/bolts are used to install the module securely.
BestCost Design
Both prefilter systems must be positioned according to the graphic below.
Only in that position can trouble-free operation be achieved.
The threads of both of the filter models (G ¾" for the HighTech version and M22x1.5
for the BestCost version) are designed according to the HYDAC specification HN 28-02
(axially pressed Cu seal ring)
For flexibility there are two possible inlets and outlets. The position of the two blanking plugs
can be altered to suit the particular requirement.
Ensure that whenever the blanking plugs are unscrewed the relevant Cu seal rings are replaced.
