Do not use aluminium foil in the enamelled burner compartment or around
the flame tamers. Make sure the gas cylinder has adequate ventilation.
Put charcoal/briquettes in the designated coal container. Never use more
than 1 kilo of charcoal/briquettes. Instead of firelighters or lighter fluid, it
is possible to use charcoal chimneys, electric starters or other resources
suitable for lighting charcoal. Always use these in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions.

* Check the gas hose for cracks or wear (see: GAS LEAK TEST).
* Keep your face and body as far away from the barbecue as
possible when starting the barbecue.
* Do not use spirit, petrol or other flammable liquids to
ignite or to re-ignite the barbecue! Only use igniters that
comply with EN 1860-3!
* Use firelighters or a barbecue lighting fluid to ignite the fire.
* Only use firelighters or a barbecue lighter fluid that meets the
legal standard and always follow the manufacturer' s instructions.
* After the charcoal has turned red-hot, wait 30 minutes before
the meat can be prepared.
* Never add flammable and/or combustible fluids to warm or hot
charcoal/briquettes. This could cause a flame jet, which can
result in physical injury and/or material damage.

jet flame can result in physical injury and/or material damage.
* If the grease trap is missing in addition to the ash collector (if
applicable), you may never use the barbecue.
