The screws (A) and (B) must then be retightened properly.
To secure the boomerangs properly, notches have been put on the side of the inner
telescope rail (1) that indicate the seat width settings 390 mm, 420 mm, 440 mm, 460 mm,
480 mm and 500 mm. When the boomerangs are pushed together, these notches must fit
exactly to the edge of the outer telescope rail (2). Then secure the disc screws (3) in such a
way that they can be tightened fully. If the disc screws (3) cannot be tightened so they are
flush, it will be because they are not settled in their intended recesses, so they cannot be
secured properly.
If the disc screws are not tightened so they are flush, and if they are not settled in the
recesses in the inner telescope rail, they can get damaged and restrict seat width
adjustments in the future.
