- BWS mit Halbleiterausgängen, 1 x PNP,
1 x NPN (Querschlusserkennung durch
PMUT X1P): Ausgänge der BWS an
S22, S32 anschließen, S11-S12
brücken (siehe Fig. 11)
- BWS mit Ausgangskontakten
(Querschlusserkennung durch PMUT
X1P): Ausgänge der BWS an S21-S22
und S31- S32 anschließen, S11-S12
brücken (siehe Fig. 12)
• Rückführkreis:
Brücke an Y1-Y2 oder Kontakte in Reihe
zu Startkreis anschließen
• Zusätzlicher Eingang für Sicherheitslicht-
schranke oder Sicherheitskontakte:
Brücke oder zusätzliche Kontakte an S51-
S52/S61-S62 anschließen (siehe Fig. 13)
• Halbleiterausgänge:
24 V Versorgungsspannung für Halbleiter-
ausgänge: +24 V DC an Klemme Y31 und
0 V an Klemme Y30 anschließen (siehe
Fig. 14).
• Versorgungsspannung:
Versorgungsspannung 24 V DC an
Klemme A1 und 0 V an Klemme A2
anschließen.
Beim Starten der Muting-Steuerung PMUT
X1P durch Betätigen des Starttasters muss
die Lichtstrecke der BWS frei sein. Nur dann
ist die Muting-Steuerung betriebsbereit.
Relais K1 und K2 gehen in Wirkstellung und
halten sich selbst. Die Statusanzeige
"Output" leuchtet. Die Sicherheitskontakte
13-14/23-24/33-34 sind geschlossen, der
Hilfskontakt 41-42 ist geöffnet.
Wieder aktivieren
• Schlüsseltaster betätigen.
• Starttaster betätigen.
Die Statusanzeigen leuchten wieder, das
Gerät ist wieder betriebsbereit.
- ESPE with output contacts (PMUT X1P
detects shorts between contacts):
Connect the ESPE outputs to S21-S22
and S31-S32, link S11-12 (see Fig. 12)
• Feedback loop:
Link Y1-Y2 or connect contacts in series to
start circuit
• Additional input for safety light barrier or
safety contacts:
Link or connect additional contacts to S51-
S52/S61-S62 (see Fig. 13)
• Semiconductor outputs:
24 V supply voltage for semiconductor
outputs: Connect +24 VDC to terminal Y31
and 0 V to terminal Y30 (see Fig. 14).
• Supply voltage:
Connect 24 VDC supply voltage to
terminal A1 and 0 V to terminal A2.
The path of the ESPE light beam must be
clear when the PMUT X1P muting controller
is started through operation of the start
button. Only then is the muting controller
ready for operation.
Relays K1 and K2 energise and latch. The
status indicator "Output" is lit. Safety contacts
13-14/23-24/33-34 are closed, auxiliary
contact 41-42 is open.
Reactivate
• Operate key switch.
• Operate start button.
The status indicators are lit again, the unit is
again ready for operation.

24 V pour sorties statiques : +24 V DC
sur borne Y31 et 0 V sur borne Y30 (cf.
fig. 14).
• Tension d'alimentation : 24 V DC sur
borne A1 et 0 V sur borne A2.
Lors du lancement de la commande muting
PMUT X1P par actionnement du poussoir de
réarmement, le faisceau lumineu de l'ESPE
doit être libre sans quoi la commande muting
ne sera pas prête à fonctionner.
Les relais K1 et K2 passent en position de
travail et restent excités. L'affichage d'état
« Output » est allumé. Les contacts de
sécurité 13-14/23-24/33-34 sont fermés, le
contact d'info 41-42 est ouvert.
Réactivation
• Actionnez le contacteur à clé.
• Appuyez sur le poussoir de réarmement.
Les affichages d'état s'allument et l'appareil
est à nouveau prêt à fonctionner.
