Step 11: Installation on the harvester

Lift the header using the dedicated hook point on the header.

Position the header on the harvester and set the locking pins.

Install the driveshaft as per instructions from the harvester manufacturer.

Acquire 2 extra flotation springs from harvester manufacturer.

Set the header in the lifted position.

Install the three springs on the provided plates and set between the harvester and the
header.

Tighten the springs to adjust the flotation. Reduce the weight of the header side
dividers to approximately 45kg (100 lbs) for best operation.
Step 12: Operation

Refer to the operator's manual for the start-up procedure and instructions.

Follow a careful maintenance program to maximize the reliability and durability of the
header.
