Install the lock for the main guard (37).

Slide the shaft plastic guard over the shaft and place the safety decal F61-24549P visibly
on it.
Step 10: Optional installation

The rubber flaps (39) reduce the loss of grain and cobs between the header and the
feedrolls.

The channel included in the adaptor kit (item 40) must be installed only in case of loss of
cobs. It reduces this loss occurring at the feedrolls. To install, remove the deflector bolts
(41), and set the channel in place. Do not remove the deflectors. In case of jam or if
plugging of the channel occurs, remove it.
