Step 8: Drive chains installation

Install the drive chain (25) in the shown configuration.

To bind the chain, loosen the bearing bolts (26), and then adjust the position of the
bearing with the adjustment bolt (27).

Tighten the bearing.

Install the sprocket (F61-25455P – 19 teeth) (28) on the top gearbox with provided
square key.

Align the sprocket with the driving sprocket (29)

Align the tightener (30) with the two sprockets by changing the spacers order if
required.

Install the provided chain. (31)

Adjust the chain tension with tightener to obtain 6mm (1/4") on the loose side.
