    InPro 8600 Series Electrical connections Caution! Some components inside the sensor are energized with voltages which can cause lethal shocks in case of contact. The instrument needs to be switched to zero- potential before any operation on the wiring terminal. Be careful during preparing of operation, handling and operation of the sensor.

    InPro 8600 Series InPro 8600 Serie Funktionsbeschreibung 3.5.1 Messprinzip Die Sensoren der InPro 8600 Serie dienen zur Bestimmung von ungelösten Teilchen oder Substanzen in Lösungen. Sie sind für die Messung von tiefen bis mittleren Trübungen und der Farbe konzipiert. Die Sensoren der InPro 8600 Serie arbeiten nach dem Prinzip der Streulichtmessung, um die Trübung zu bestimmen.

Für alle nachfolgend beschriebenen Installations- und Unterhaltsarbeiten muss die Anlage, in welche der Sensor eingebaut wird, in einem gefahrlosen Zustand sein (drucklos, entleert, gespült, ent- oder belüftet etc.). Sensor-Installation ® Der Sensor ist mit einem Tuchenhagen-Varivent -Prozessanschluss ausgestattet, der an Rohr- nennweiten von DN 40 bis DN150 angeschlossen werden kann.

    InPro 8600 Series Elektrische Verbindungen Vorsicht! Einige Schaltungsteile im Inneren des Gerätes arbeiten mit Spannungen. Bei Anschlussarbeiten an der Klemmleiste ist das Gerät daher immer spannungsfrei zu schalten. Bei der Vorbereitung zur Benutzung, beim Umgang und bei der Verwendung des Gerätes wird zu äusserster Vorsicht geraten. Diese Arbeiten sind grundsätzlich nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchzuführen.

    Der O-Ring am Tuchenhagen-Varivent -Prozessanschluss ist monatlich sowie bei jeder Wartung auf Verschmutzung und Beschädigung zu kontrollieren. METTLER TOLEDO empfiehlt, mediumberührte Dichtungen auf jeden Fall mindestens alle 6 Monate zu ersetzen. 4.4.4 Überprüfung der Saphirgläser Die Saphirgläser sind monatlich sowie bei jeder Wartung auf Verschmutzung, Beschädigung und Dichtung zu kontrollieren.

    InPro 8600 Series Lagerung Falls der Sensor nach Eintreffen nicht sofort installiert wird, muss er umgehend ausgepackt und auf eventuelle Transportschäden überprüft werden.
