Attaching the Handlebar

► Fit lower handlebar (1) onto mount (2) and
align locating lug (3) with centre position (4).
► Screw pin (5) into locating lug (3) and tighten.
► Push anti-dust protection (6) downwards so
that locating lug (3) is covered.
► Screw in bolt (7).
Lower handlebar (1) is locked in place.
► Press lever (8) downwards and hold.
► Insert upper handlebar (9) with bolts (10)
through lower handlebar (1) from below.
► Release lever (8) and allow upper handle‐
bar (8) to engage at centre detent (11).
► Place washers (12) and nuts (13) on
bolts (10).
► Tighten nuts (13) to 20 Nm to 25 Nm.
Upper handlebar (9) is locked in place.
The handlebar must not be dismantled again.

► Insert cables and wiring harness (14) in
clip (15).
► Fasten the cables to the handlebar at regular
intervals using cable ties (16), making sure
that none of the cables are kinked or dam‐
aged.
6.6 Attaching the Cables
Attaching the self-propulsion cable
► Insert self-propulsion cable (1) through
lever (2).
► Fit washer (3).
► Screw on nut (4).
► Attach spring (5) to holder (6).
Securing the throttle cable
► Secure throttle cable (10) using cable clip (11).
