Preinstall the bottom spacer (see Fig. 14)
Preinstall the setscrews in the spacer sleeve.
►
Push the spacer sleeve with the slot to the
►
bottom onto the spacer bolt and if neces-
sary lock into position with setscrews.
Install both spacers on the radiator.
►
Mount the radiator and align (see Fig. 15–19)
When aligning, take the position of the con-

fittings must be able to be screwed onto the
converter's thread without any difficulty and
tensioning on the connecting pipes must be
avoided.
Put two compression fittings (not included
►
in the delivery) onto the connecting pipes.
Hook the radiator onto the holders past the
►
screws. In doing so make sure that the ra-
diator locks into place.
To align the radiator laterally: Adjust the
►
holders.
To adjust the wall spacing: Pull out or push
►
in the holders.
To adjust the height: Turn the adjusting
►
screw on the holder.
Install the bottom spacer and mount the
radiator (see Fig. 20–30)
Slide the bottom spacers out until they bear

Tighten the top lock screws.
►
Mark the bottom drill holes for the spacers.
►
Push the locking clip toward the rear and
►
unhook the radiator. Position the radiator
in such a way that the thermostatic head
and the heating element (IDV11) are not
damaged.
►
Drill the holes at the bottom markings and
put the dowels in position.
Detach both spacers from the radiator.
►
Fasten both spacers in place on the wall by
►
screws.

Press both cover caps on and push toward
►

►
setscrews.
