General description

The motor-driven rope-pulling machine HIT-TRAC 16 is designed to pull, lift, secure and
lower loads.
Permissible rated force
Max. pulling force limited with sliding clutch 18 kN (1800 kg)
Lifting of persons is not alluded
1.1

Pulling medium

A special HABEGGER steel rope that can have any length is used for pulling the loads.
The rope is guided around the driving wheel via the corresponding guides and ejected in a
slack condition.
1.2

Housing cover

The cover over the driving wheel, which can be swung open, prevents any foreign bodies
from getting into the driving wheel and protects against accidents in the case of improper
access. In addition, the derailment protection for the rope is integrated in the housing
cover.

over the drive system has to be closed and locked.

The machine is designed for rope diameters 8.2 mm or 11.2 mm

These ropes can be used for any lifting, pulling and lowering work. The respective rope
diameter is indicated on the type plate, the pressure roller and the driving wheel. The rope
