SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Fix the wing screws tight enough so that unintentional loosening can be excluded:
WARNING! Risk of skin and finger-crushing!
INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY
The handcart is delivered in the transport state (Folded). (Fig. 1)
Remove the handcart from its pocket. Unfold it and place it on its back. Make
sure that the axles point upwards. (Fig. 2)
Fix the rear axle with two bolts, by inserting the bolts in the designated aper-
tures and secure with the metal bracket. (Fig. 3) Turn over the handcart again,
so that it is the right way up. (Fig. 4) Now insert the other four bolts in the
apertures on the tubular steel frame, in order to fix the frame.
Attach the body at the rear axles, by leading the nylon straps opened around
the rear axle and subsequently insert the snap locks into each other. (Fig. 5)
To mount the wheels, simply press-in the push button and slide the wheel
axle in the axle location, until push button snaps. (Fig. 6)
Place all the base plates with the soft side on top in the hand cart. Insert the
two pads from the top on the front and rear sides and fix them in each case
with the hook and loop fasteners. You should ensure that the ends of the two
seat belts are thereby not covered, but instead led around the pads. You can
use the seat belts to secure up to two children that are travelling with you.
Now open the quick release fastener on the handlebar (Fig. 7), press the
press-in the push button and slowly pull out the handlebar and let the push
button snap at the desired handlebar height. Then close the quick release
fastener.
You should subsequently cover the pivots with the provided pivot covers, for a
nicer appearance. These can be easily fixed and removed with the sewn on
hook and loop fastener.
If necessary, you can also mount the extra accessories.
All images are examples of the design.

Versatile, compact foldable trolley for trans-
porting.
Press the anchoring clips of the box tray from the left, on to the rear part of
the frame. You can then subsequently place the Cool Box on it. The Cool Box
is additionally secured on the frame with the hook and loop fasteners, in order
to prevent slipping. The box tray can when needed, be easily fold up after the
Cool Box has been removed.
The attachment of the folding roof, where expedient requires that the pivot
cover at the centre of the frame should be removed (Only in the case of some
models) (Fig. 14). Thereafter the fastening clips have then to be attached to
the roof rack from the top (Fig. 15). You should thereby pay attention to the
proper placement of the recesses for the frame screw connections. The strips
that are sewn on the folding roof are used to fasten it to the rear part of the
frame (Fig. 16). Strips with Easy-Clip closure are provided at the front of the
folding roof. You should open these and lead the respective strips from both
sides around the frame, then re-insert the clips into each other (Fig. 17). The
folding and unfolding of the folding roof, requires the wing screws (Fig. 18) to
be loosened and then firmly tightened again. Caution! Do not loosen the wing
screws too far out, otherwise they can completely spring out.
Matching hook and loop fastener elements are provided on the rain cover and
on the inner edge of the folding roof. To attach the rain cover simply hook and
loop it on to the folding roof. The folding roof has to be attached, such that it
overhangs outside the body of the Überländer, in order for the rain to drain out
over the outside.
FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the hand truck (without the extra accessories) on a flat surface. Engage
the arresting function in order to prevent rolling off.
Dismount the wheels (Fig. 8) and then remove the floor panels and pads.
Loosen the safety bolts (Fig. 9) and the snap locks of the nylon straps.
Open the quick release and the push-button on the handlebar and slide the
handlebar together. Place the hand truck on its back, so that the axes point
upwards. (Fig. 10)
Fold the front axle to the inside (Fig. 11). Make sure that the handlebar subse-
quently points outwards. Caution, risk of entrapment!
First fold the rear axle and subsequently the rear frame to the inside (Fig. 12).
Caution, risk of entrapment!
Turn the hand truck and place the floor panels, pads and bolts on the folded
body (Fig. 13). Store the hand truck in the carrying bag.
ARRESTING FUNCTION

with the foot downwards until it snaps into place. The front wheels are thereby
locked. To release the lock again, press the lever with your foot from the bottom
up again.
