CONGRATULATIONS ON PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT!
Please read these instructions carefully. The instructions are an integral compo-
nent of the product. Therefore, please store them and the packaging carefully in
case questions arise in the future. Please always include these instructions
when giving the product to a third party. This product must be assembled by an
adult. This product is not designed for industrial use. The use of the product
requires certain capabilities and skills. Always adjust according to the age of the
user and use for the purpose it has been designed for.

Other items are meant to facilitate safe transportation and are not required for
the installation and use of the product.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The mounting of the climbing holds requires a lot of time as well as attention and
care. We recommend that you use a torque wrench for the mounting. Tightening
the screws should be done with a torque of max. 10 Nm. In the first days and
weeks after the mounting of the climbing holds, it may become necessary that
the fastening screws of climbing holds have to be retightened. In general, the
mounting of the climbing holds as well as the climbing grips themselves should
be checked regularly for tightness and damage, regardless of whether they are
used or not. - The liability of the manufacturer and the seller is moreover exclu-
ded for any other or else improper use of the product. No liability will be ac-
cepted for body, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of
this product. No liability will in particular also be accepted for any damage to the
selected mounting points.
• The climbing holds should never be coated with paint or coloured. The clim-
bing holds can be damaged as a result.
• Caution! This product is not a toy.
• The climbing area should be adequately and evenly illuminated. The glare of
climbing persons has to be prevented by appropriate measures.
• The wearing of jewellery, especially of finger rings should be foregone. Risk of
injury!
• Keep headroom free! No people or objects should be present in the fall area!
The impact area shall be at ground level and free of obstacles.
• Fall areas have to be free of railings, stairs, glasses, and other objects.
• Attention! Holds can break in the case of improper installation!
• Mount the holds at jump height. In the case that a step height of 60 cm has to
be climbed over, the surface should be covered with absorbing foam mats,
bark mulch or sand.
• As of a step height of 200 cm, climbing has to be done with a fall safety.
• Improper use or misuse of the product is dangerous and can lead to serious
injury.
• Never climb barefooted. Risk of injury!
• Access should be prevented for unauthorised individuals.
• Do not climb with damp/wet hands. Risk of slipping off!
• That product has to always be clean and dry when used.
• Supervise children during use!
• For the learning of special climbing techniques, please contact a trained pro-
fessional coach.
• Never overstrain children. Risk of injury!
• Loose holds should be immediately tightened or removed.
• Make sure that the climbing area is adequately and evenly illuminated.
• Caution! The underground should be at ground level and free of obstacles.
• Holds and steps have to be procured from a specialist company - no DIY!
• The product should not be used in bad weather conditions such as storms,
thunderstorms, rain, etc., and not in poor visibility conditions (twilight, dark-
ness, etc.).
• The climbing has to be immediately aborted, if the child feels uncomfortable
or is dizzy.

• The parts of the climbing wall should be replaced depending on frequency of
use and type of use after about 4 years. In the case of any doubt with regard
to safety the set should be replaced immediately.
• A climbing hold can not be repaired.
• Only trained personnel are permitted to mount climbing holds. In the case of
the mounting, it has to be ensured that the mounting screws of the climbing
holds are not too firmly tightened and that the climbing holds are undamaged.
MOUNTING
If in doubt, please always seek the assistance of a skilled worker who can help
you with the mounting and the selection of the appropriate screws. No liability
will be accepted for damages arising from the misapplication of the instruction
manual. The mounting of the climbing holds is dependent on the underground.
Please only use steel screws and appropriate washers for the mounting of the
climbing holds. There are three different types of mounting.
Mounting in concrete:
Recommended for the mounting of the climbing holds in concrete or full clinker
brick, are M6 brass expansion dowels and M6x50 hex bolts with wrench size 10.
Proceed as follows: 1. Drill the hole. | 2. Clean the hole. | 3. Insert the expansion
dowel into the drilled hole. | 4. Mount the drop-in anchor with setting tool and
hammer. | 5 mount the climbing holds with bolts (10 Nm).
Mounting in hollow block-/perforated brick:
Recommended for the mounting of the climbing holds in solid building materials
with low compressive strength (hollow block- or perforated brick), are expansi-
on dowels (diameter = 6 mm) and M6x60 hex bolts with wrench size 10. Pro-
ceed as follows: 1. Drill the hole. | 2. Insert the dowels into the drilled hole, so
that the dowel is flushed with the wall surface. | 3. Mount the climbing holds
with bolts (10 Nm).
Mounting in a wooden wall:
The wooden wall / wood panels should be at least 18 mm thick. Recommended
for the mounting of the climbing holds in wooden walls, are M6 T-nuts and
M6x60 hex bolts with wrench size 10. Proceed as follows: 1. Drill the hole. | 2.
Insert the T-nut from the backside into the drilled hole and hit hard with the
hammer until the T-nut rests with the rim on the wooden wall. | 3. Mount the
climbing holds with bolts (10 Nm).
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Use a dry or damp cloth only to clean the product; do not use special cleaning
agents! Check the product for damage or traces of wear and tear before and
after each use. Do not make any structural changes. For your own safety, please
use original spare parts only. These can be sourced from HUDORA. If parts be-
come damaged or if sharp edges or corners should develop, the product may not
be used any more. If in any doubt, please contact our service team (http://www.
hudora.de/service/). Store the product in a safe place where it is protected from
the elements, cannot be damaged, and cannot injure anyone.
DISPOSAL ADVICE
At the end of the product's life, please dispose of it at an appropriate collection
point provided in your area. Local waste management companies will be able to
answer your questions on this.
