30 Settings: The 'automatic settings'

the dosing

32 Weight correction: Clicking on the
value accesses the numeric keypad (ref
fig E). Set here the actual net weight of
honey that the machine has dosed.
33 Rotation speed: This value indicates
the speed of rotation of the gears. The
higher the value, the greater the rotation
speed. The regulation of this parameter
is important to improve the quality of the
dosage, to avoid jets of honey out of
centre or, if in the presence of very dense
honey, to create vacuum, consequently,
unstable dosage values. The value to be
set varies according to the spout you use
and the density of the processed honey.
34 Drip-Stop Return: The drip-stop
system comes into operation at the end
of each dosing. This is necessary so that
no annoying honey dripping occurs onto
the surface, once the jar has been
removed. The gears rotate for a few
degrees in the direction opposite to that
used during dosing. This quantity of
degrees is set in this field: the higher the
value, the greater the return, and vice-
versa.
