3.2 HONEY TAPPING
Manually introduce a small quantity of honey into the dosing head through the collar 6 of the figure on the
previous page to facilitate filling of the tube and then the dosing machine.
In case of very thick honey, repeat this procedure several times.
Tighten the collar closing cap securely after filling.
After having set the machine in the START menu (ref B paragraph on instructions for use), access the
MANUAL OPERATION menu (ref C fig C paragraph instructions for use).
Place a large jar under the nozzle.
Press PLAY (10 - fig C paragraph instructions for use) and let the dosing machine recall the product.
The dosing machine can recall the product even if the ager is placed on the ground and the dosing head is
on a bench.
Continue until the connecting pipe is full and no more air bubbles come out of the spout.
