Insufficient tightening of the 6 black
knobs or absence of the red seal
Tightening problems
Electronic problem
Imperfect tightening
Presence of air in honey
Rotation of the gears too fast in
relation to the density of the honey
Power line interrupted
Solution
Remove the foreign body.
Further tighten the 6 black knobs, reinsert
the red seal
Check the gaskets on the pump
Check the tightness of the knobs on the
pump cover, the honey inlet pipe, the
honey outlet nozzle and the manual filling
collar.
Check the tightening of the pipe anchor
clamps.
Check that there are no leaks along the
loading tube.
Check the correct assembly of the non-
return valve, if used.
Switch off the dosing machine and switch
it on again after at least 10 seconds. If the
problem persists contact the assistance
