Weight Correction (CALIBRATION) ref 32 fig L
Select the automatic mode and choose the dosage 500 gr (3 Fig A then 500 fig F).
Weigh a 1 kg empty jar (TARE).
Add 500 g of product by pressing the PLAY button (29 fig I) (DESIRED NET WEIGHT).
Then weigh the jar and dosed honey (GROSS WEIGHT) obtained in this way.
From the GROSS WEIGHT subtract the weight of the single jar (TARE). The NET WEIGHT OBTAINED is
achieved.
At this point click on the value 32 fig L, enter the value obtained (NET WEIGHT OBTAINED) using the
numeric keypad, press enter.
Press OK in weight correction.
Repeat the operation until the desired precision is achieved.
ATTENTION It is advisable to carry out the calibration at each change of honey and, clearly, upon
every start of work.
Check from time to time during the work that the calibration is still correct.

37 End correction: If the Weight
Correction explained with reference to
point 32 fig L is not very accurate, here
it is possible to calibrate the dosing with
greater precision. The values shown here
are gear rotation pulses.
One point is equal to a gram fraction.
38 Back speed: It indicates the rotation
speed of the return of the drop-stop
effect, explained in point 34 fig L.

39 Number of Absolute Doses: It
indicates how many doses were
performed by the machine since the
beginning, since leaving the factory. It's
a sort of odometer.
40 Factory reset: clicking OK the
machine returns to the initial factory
settings, losing any memory set by the
operator. Press OK to return to screen B.
