SEGMENTO Kombikit KKS
Use the pre-installed screws and washers to insert the

dowels until they are flush with the shaft. Then use the
torque spanner to tighten the screws (A/F13) evenly and
in a crosswise pattern.
Dowels and screws compliant with ETA-07/0121 approval
Tightening torque for concrete: up to 20 Nm
Tightening torque for masonry: up to 6 Nm (dowels
and screws are included in the scope of delivery)
Apply a thorough coat of GMS „SEGMENTO" lubricant

(included in scope of delivery) to the sealing lip of the
HSI 150-S3 system cover and the flange seal seat. Twist
slightly to insert it into the bayonet of the aluminium
flange and screw it in clockwise as far as it will go using
the flexible socket wrench.
The drill holes in the wrench thread of the system
cover must correspond to the arrows on the flange
(see detail).
Use the assignment template to determine the diameter of

the cables and select the appropriate segments based on this
information (see table under point 3, SEGMENTO KKS
combination kit).
Then clean the cables with cable cleaner.
