8 Signalling and resolution of the problems
Level probe alarm
When the pastacooker is switched off (State: OFF on the display) the lift goes down, It stays up just if there is water into
the tank (advised by the level probe). On the display appears the written ALARM WATER INSIDE and the buzzer starts
sounding until it has been empted or the electricity is unplugged from the general supply.
Open drain-tap safety
After a time P00 (modifiable value into the change of the parameters), if the full value is not reached, the control shuts the
loading water valve off. If the water supply pressure is sufficient fill up the tank on the time scheduled P00 (15 minutes)
increase the parameter following the indication of the paragraph 6.2 Modification of the parameters.
How to manage the alarm drain obstructed
During the drain phase, if the overflow level probe signals the presence of the water, the control shuts down the
pastacooker operation. In case of alarm status, the electro valve and electro valve of half loading functioning are stopped.
On the display appears the written EXTRA LEVEL and the buzzer sounds. In this case be sure that drain is not clogged,
that the electro valve is not blocked or the probe of EXTRA LEVEL has not been damaged or going to touch with the
heating or other metallic parts.
Not water filling at the switching on
If during the starting of any programs the unit skips the water loading phase "LOADING" going directly to the heating
phase "HEATING" a danger situation can occurred. The problem could be caused from the level probe that touches the
heating resistance or the tank. Immediately unplug the unit and call the technical service assistance.
WARNING
If the solutions mentioned above won't the pastacooker get start again even after it has been reset,
unplugging it from the general supply, take it off from the supplying anbd call the techncial service assistance.
