7.3 Selection of a manual program
From the main screen you get the access by pressing Manual Program.
To modify the cooking time touch the value by using the movement arrows to increase it or reduce it. Once reached
the time desired touch it again to confirm.

previous menu
Touch ENTER to start the cooking cycle.
7.4 Cooking cycle
7.4.1 Phase of loading water "LOADING"
Stop water
loading
During the water loading on the screen appears the written LOADING.
Notes: to stop the water loading touch EXIT and confirm with YES in the following menu.
Notes: default after every 5 cooking cycles on the screen appears the written SALT at the same time of the buzzer's
sound that reminds to the operator to salt the water (to change the default value look at the section parameters
modification) to stop the buzzer's sound on START. Important: salt the water only when it boils. Do not never add
the salt when the water is cold.
