7.2.2 Heating phase "HEATING"
Once reached the loading water level on the screen appears the written HEATING and starts the heating phase.

At the end of the heating phase the buzzer signals the boiling temperature and remains active until START it is not
touched. Touching PAUSE the unit goes on standby, to reactivate it touch on PAUSE once again.
Notes: to stop the heating touch EXIT and confirm with YES in the following menu.
7.2.3 Cooking phase "LOAD CART", "CART DOWN", "TO MIX" and "COOKING"
Once the water is is boiling, on the screen will appear the written LOAD CART. Only at this time place the basket
with the pasta on the lift. To let the basket go down touch START, on the screen will appear the written CART DOWN.

In the middle of the cooking cycle, on the screen will appear the written TO MIX at the same time of the buzzer's sound
that will remind to the operator to mix the pasta (to modify the default value look at the section modification of the
parameters).
Notes: to stop the cooking touch EXIT and confirm with YES in the following menu.
