Connection of the appliance to the power supply must be
carried out by a specialised electrician.
Prepare the electrical connection (in the building) flexibly
in accordance with the connection diagram and the regu-
lations of the regional power supply company.
The protective earth conductor connection must be
made in such a way that the protective conductor only
breaks in the event of high tensile stress applied to the
connection line if all active (live) conductors have been
separated first.
The machine must only be connected to the voltage and
frequency stated in the type plate.
f Observe the corresponding data in the type plate.
In rooms in which fault-current protective switches are
required or recommended in order to increase safety, the
release current must be 30 mA.
f Use a fault-current protective switch with the
symbol.
Fuses and switches are not included in the scope of
supply.
The motor is provided with overload protection.
CAUTION
No extension cables, no multi-coupling and no
plug-in, mobile time switches may be used.

f On completion of setting up and connection of the
washing machine, all removed housing parts must be
refitted to prevent access to current-carrying or rotating
